Summary
As Graphic Designer, I enhanced the Solvemate visual brand to add more cohesion, scalability, a consistent pattern of usage and a distinct modern identity. I aligned the brand across web and social while partnering with Content Marketing, Commercial, and an external web agency.
I led a pricing page redesign to reflect new plan structures and much deeper detail. In parallel, I brought motion to our channels with short customer-story animations and E-Book promo videos with music for YouTube and LinkedIn, and I rebranded the Solvemate podcast for a cohesive, modern presence across apps, website, and social. I designed web pages, eBooks, social media assets, product data sheets, sales and internal presentations, and event collaterals.

Pricing Page Re-Design
Summary
Solvemats’s previous pricing page listed four plans with minimal bullets and a single CTA. After a pricing overhaul, the Commercial team needed to communicate inclusions, limits, add-ons, and definitions that the old page couldn’t handle. As Designer, I redesigned Solvemate’s pricing page to support far more granular plan details—moving from a simple 4-card layout to a comparative system with a feature matrix, grouped accordions, and tooltips. The result lets visitors scan at a glance and open depth only when needed, while staying on-brand and conversion-focused.
Snapshot
- Role: Graphic Designer (UI/UX)
- Partners: Content Marketing, Commercial, External Web Agency
- Tools: Adobe XD
- Deliverables: Responsive pricing designs (desktop & mobile), feature-comparison matrix, grouped accordions, annotated XD handoff, PDF exports
Challenge
Accommodate more information (plans, features, limits, add-ons, definitions) without more cognitive load—and keep conversion paths clear across desktop and mobile.
Approach
- Best-Practice Audit: Studied successful SaaS pricing patterns to identify effective structures and layouts.
-
Content Alignment: Partnered with Commercial and Content teams on naming, clarity, and copy length for readability.
-
System Consistency: Applied the updated type scale, spacing, and components from the new homepage for brand cohesion.
-
Handoff & QA: Delivered annotated XD files and supported the external agency through build and responsive testing.
Outcomes
The new design transformed the pricing page from a simple list into a guided selection flow that’s easy to scan and deeper when needed. Visitors grasp plan differences at a glance and reveal details only when they choose, which lowers cognitive load and boosts decision confidence. Clear CTAs, a highlighted recommended plan, and mobile-friendly behavior create a smoother path to conversion, while tooltips, add-ons, and downloadable plan details reduce “what’s included?” back-and-forth for Sales.

Key design decisions
- High-level first, depth on demand: Plan cards show value, price and 3–5 inclusions; deeper comparison lives below.
- A scannable check-mark grid grouped by category (e.g., Platform, Automation, Support) to compare tiers side-by-side.
- Detailed sections for limits, channels, engines/builders, personalization, success, and add-ons, keeps the page clean while exposing depth.
- Info icons clarify terms (e.g., compliance/SLA concepts) without bloating copy.
- Currency control makes pricing relevant by region and reduces Sales back-and-forth.
- “Download Plan Details” and an overview brochure support procurement workflows.
- Stacked cards for scan-ability and a sticky plan summary/CTA during deeper sections so users never lose the next step.

Case Study Promo Videos
Summary
As part an initiative to explore new content formats and to add more motion to Solvemate’s feed, I created a series of short customer story animations for Solvemate and partner brand Miuros. Each piece distilled the narrative into a challenge, solution and impact format with clear stat callouts, delivering on-brand, scroll-stopping videos that was easy for the social team to reuse.
Snapshot
- Role: Brand Designer (motion & art direction)
- Partners: Content Marketing, Social Media
- Tools: Adobe Illustrator, After Effects
- Deliverables: Master animations in 1:1
Challenge
Design informative, engaging, and sound-off-friendly animations that are readable in the feed, adaptable across platforms, and consistent with both the Solvemate and Miuros brand systems.
Approach
- Content Selection: Reviewed stories and distilled only the most impactful messages and metrics.
-
Framing & Layout: Built frame sequences to define timing, hierarchy, and safe areas for clear in-feed legibility.
-
Animation Execution: Animated from scratch, adjusting type, pacing, and transitions for sound-off comprehension.
-
Review & Refinement: Iterated copy and visuals with Content Marketing and Social teams for alignment.
Outcomes
The series turned customer proof points into clear, watchable stories that worked natively in the feed. Posts published on LinkedIn helped drive visibility for case studies and elevated the brands’ motion presence.
E-book Promotion Video
Summary
The content team wanted animated versions of our E-Books to better use YouTube and promote long-form content in a more social-native way that supports demand generation. As Graphic Designer, I designed and animated a series of short promos for YouTube and social that turn key E-Book insights into playful, on-brand motion with music.
Snapshot
- Role: Brand Designer (motion & art direction)
- Partners: Content Marketing, Social Media
- Tools: Adobe Illustrator, After Effects
- Deliverables: Storyboards, master animations, cover thumbnails, final renders with music
Challenge
Create informative, engaging animations that remain readable in-feed with sound off, adapt cleanly across platforms, and stay true to the Solvemate brand.
Approach
- Content Selection: Partnered with Content to identify the most impactful takeaways and metrics for each video.
-
Framing & Layout: Built frame sequences to define layout, hierarchy, and timing for clear, consistent motion.
-
Animation Execution: Animated from scratch in 16:9, tuning type, pacing, and transitions for sound-off comprehension.
-
Music Direction: Curated royalty-free tracks that matched brand tone, synced transitions to beat markers, and ensured licensing compliance.
-
Review & Refinement: Iterated copy and visuals with Content and Social for final alignment.
Outcomes
The series converted long-form E-Book material into clear, watchable stories that performed natively on LinkedIn and YouTube, lifting visibility for our content while elevating Solvemate’s motion presence. Master files and the motion spec were adopted as templates, improving consistency across campaigns and reducing turnaround time for the social team.

Podcast Rebranding
Summary
The existing podcast visuals were dated and no longer matched Solvemate’s brand. As part of a broader podcast refresh, the Content team requested new creative that reflects the current identity and presents consistently wherever the show appears. As Graphic Designer, I rebranded Solvemate’s podcast creative to align with the current brand and deliver a cohesive, modern look across podcast apps, the website, and social channels, supporting the Content team’s plan to relaunch and strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership.
Snapshot
- Role: Brand Designer (Design & art direction)
- Partners: Content Marketing
- Tools: Adobe Illustrator
- Deliverables: Podcast cover, website hero/thumbnail, social media assets (1:1 and 16:9), reusable episode templates
Challenge
Create engaging, on-brand podcast assets that feel modern and work seamlessly across platforms and formats, while making ongoing episode production fast and consistent.
Approach
- Scope Alignment: Partnered with Content Marketing to define goals and decide what to keep or retire from the old visuals.
-
Creative Research: Studied podcast cover best practices and built a focused mood board to align on tone and hierarchy.
-
Design Execution: Established the new visual direction in Illustrator and adapted it across all formats (cover, web, social).
-
Template Delivery: Iterated with Content and delivered final files plus lightweight templates for future episodes.
Outcomes
The rebrand unified the podcast’s presence across apps, web, and social, elevating visual appeal and brand alignment. The refreshed look supported the relaunch, improved recognizability in feeds, and streamlined production for the Content team thanks to the reusable templates. The work received positive internal feedback and set a clear standard for subsequent episodes.

Podcast Rebranding
Summary
Created a cohesive set of brochures and one-pagers to support Sales and Demand Gen across web and events. The previous assets were out of date with the current brand. As Graphic Designer, I redesigned them into on-brand, modular layouts that highlight value, proof points, and clear CTAs, optimized for both print handouts and downloadable PDFs.
Snapshot
- Role: Brand Designer (Design & art direction)
- Partners: Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success
- Tools: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator
- Deliverables: Print-ready brochures (A4/US Letter), gated PDF one-pagers, editable templates, export presets (web/print)
Challenge
Build professional, easy-to-scan collateral that works in two contexts, events (print) and digital downloads, while staying brand-consistent and fast to localize and update.
Approach
- Content Structure: Framed each piece around problem → solution → proof with metric callouts, icons, and concise benefit bullets.
-
Modular System: Built master components (headers, stat tiles, comparison blocks, CTAs) for fast reuse across topics.
-
Dual Export Setup: Defined presets for print (CMYK, bleed, high-res) and web (RGB, linked, optimized file size).
-
Handoff & Usability: Packaged files with a brief usage guide so Sales and Content teams could update content without breaking layouts.
Outcomes
The new brochures and one-pagers present a clear, credible story with measurable proof, improving leave-behind quality at events and conversion on gated downloads.
